Beautiful coppery salmon color. Nose is bursting with white peach, fresh strawberry, melon and apricot. Hints of meyer lemon oil, and key lime. The mouth is like biting into a ripe peach with exotic hints of mineral and orange zest; juicy, with bright acidity. There is more complexity in this wine than generally found in Pinot Grigio, an elegant counter point of earth and fruit. This wine pairs extraordinarily well with seafood, veal, scaloppini, and light pasta dishes with butter, cream or fish sauces.
